2 OZ FINO BLANCO ¾ OZ FRESH LIME JUICE 1 OZ CLOVE INFUSED WATERMELON JUICE ½ OZ APEROL ½ THICK RIM OF TAJIN GARNISH WITH DEHYDRATED LIME WHEEL
WET RIM OF ROCKS GLASS WITH LIME WEDGE AND DIP INTO TAJIN MIXTURE. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT APEROL, INTO A TIN SHAKER. ADD ICE, SHAKE VIGOROUSLY AND FINE STRAIN INTO ROCKS GLASS. ADD APEROL, FRESH ICE AND GARNISH.
